According to Korean immigration law, only certain, serious crimes are subject to deportation.
So you may not have to worry about being deported immediately after receiving the court decision.
Mostly, the issue is whether you can renew your status and stay in Korea afterwards.
The immigration officer has discretion in renewing the visa/legal status, while considering various factors such as crime records, etc.
I cannot provide clear-cut answer for "suspension of prosecution," but may say that you will have good chance of renewing your status. To support your renewal, you may want to submit evidence proving the frivolousness of your crime committed, or other evidence in favor of your renewal.
Sometimes it can be tricky. So I recommend you to talk with legal expert to be fully prepared.
